We are seeking a skilled and ambitious software developer to join our team in Montreal. As a PHP developer, you will play a critical role in shaping and expanding our platform's ecosystem, ensuring scalability, robustness, and high availability. Your work will involve designing, developing, and maintaining systems that handle a high volume of transactions, supporting our growth and diversification of use cases.

You will participate in transitioning towards a micro-service architecture, contributing to the development of scalable, fault‑tolerant systems that minimize customer impact during failures. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on both backend and frontend components, with a focus on delivering high‑quality, production‑grade solutions that support our global customer base.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in software development
• Proficiency in PHP and frameworks such as Laravel
• Experience designing and building REST and GraphQL APIs
• Strong understanding of web service technologies
• Experience with micro‑service architecture and scalable system design
• Fluent in written and spoken French and English
• Experience building production‑grade code and supporting it post‑launch
• Frontend‑leaning full‑stack development skills, with a focus on UI, UX, accessibility, and client‑side performance
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, observability, and infrastructure operations
• Experience with AI‑assisted development tools and routines
• Proven ability to deliver end‑to‑end business solutions

• Help shape and evolve the integration ecosystem of our platform as we scale
• Architect and develop systems capable of processing a high volume of transactions efficiently
• Design, implement, and support scalable, fault‑tolerant systems to ensure minimal customer impact during failures
• Participate in the transition towards a micro‑service oriented architecture
• Develop and maintain APIs using REST and GraphQL technologies
• Collaborate with frontend teams to enhance UI components, UX, and accessibility features
• Support and maintain production systems, ensuring stability and performance
• Engage in routine code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
• Utilize AI‑assisted tools for routine development tasks, review, and quality assurance
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions that meet business needs
