Senior Guidewire Developer Remote

Join a dynamic team as a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Guidewire Claim Center on a 6-month contract. Work remotely across Canada with in-office collaboration two days a week if local.

This role requires a skilled developer with at least five years of Guidewire Claim Center experience. You will engage in designing and developing complex applications within a Guidewire Cloud environment. Your expertise in Agile methodologies and collaboration with analysts will enhance the technical architecture of enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of key application features

• Collaborate on solution architecture with analysts and stakeholders

• Manage the software development lifecycle from start to finish

• Conduct peer code reviews and coach junior developers

• Develop and configure integration solutions within enterprise platforms

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of Guidewire application development experience

• Proficient with Guidewire Cloud and holding a certification is preferred

• Solid knowledge in GOSU, web services, and database management

• Familiarity with Git, Team City, and Jira is an asset

• Strong teamwork and analytical problem-solving skills
