Job Description

As a Senior Software Developer at Vention, you will be a key contributor to the architecture and development of internal tools, system integrations, and ERP-connected platform features, from initial concept to production deployment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Architect, build, and deploy Net Suite integrations and customizations using Suite Script, Suite Talk (REST/SOAP), Suite Flow, and RESTlets.
  • Design and implement middleware and integration layers between Net Suite and internal or external systems using NestJS and Type Script, while building and improving Net Suite workflows and integrations that streamline finance processes and ensure reliable, consistent data flow across business systems.
  • Develop and enhance internal tools that support warehouse operations, inventory management, receiving, and fulfillment workflows.
  • Establish observability, alerting, and recovery practices so issues are caught early and resolved with confidence.
  • Partner with finance, operations, and product teams to translate business processes into reliable technical solutions, and clearly communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs.
  • Develop and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
  • Review code and contribute to architectural decisions to ensure technical excellence.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
  • Hands‑on experience integrating with Net Suite (Suite Script, Suite Talk, RESTlets).
  • Strong experience writing automated tests and maintaining high standards of code quality.
  • Proficiency in React and Type Script, with enterprise‑level experience.
  • Experience with React.js and React Native.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs.
  • Solid understanding of relational databases.
  • A humble attitude with a willingness to receive feedback as you are not afraid of not being the expert in the room.
