Software Engineer, C++ Developer

Salary: £65,000 - 65,000 per year

• We are looking for strong C++ coding skills, with experience in techniques for minimising execution time, optimising data storage and retrieval, and handling messaging efficiently.
• We are looking for candidates with a thorough understanding of the inner workings of C++ or Rust.
• We are looking for experience in high-speed communications, efficient algorithms, low-latency software, networking, or similar performance‑critical environments.
• We welcome experience from industries where execution speed and software integrity are important, even if you do not have finance industry experience.
• We require a first or 2.1 degree in computer science, mathematics, or another relevant STEM subject.
• We require full existing right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship.
