Salary: £40,000 - 50,000 per year
Requirements:- Experience in application support
- Experience in 3rd line problem resolution
- Experience in team leadership
- Experience with project work
- Customer-focused approach
- Basic coding skills for working with code changes and application coding
- Strong technical skills in SQL, including queries and stored procedures
- Strong technical skills in C#.NET
- Java or COBOL experience is a bonus, but not essential
- We lead and manage a small team of 3-4 staff
- We handle application support activities
- We resolve 3rd line problems
- We work on project-related tasks
- We support code changes and application coding

We have a great opportunity for a Team Lead to join us in a home-based role with the need to visit our Bournemouth-based office. This is not a developer role, but it does involve basic coding and application coding work alongside support responsibilities. Java and COBOL experience are welcome but not essential. Please note that we do not offer visa sponsorship or visa transfer.
