Position: HRMS Programmer Analyst Remote Contract
Donna Cona Inc. is hiring a Level 3 HRMS Programmer/Analyst for a remote contract in Ottawa. This role focuses on advanced programming skills and HRMS application development.

You will leverage over ten years of experience as a Programmer/Analyst, including three years working specifically with C++/C#, Oracle PL SQL, and data modeling.

Your role will be critical in developing applications that serve thousands of users while overseeing other development resources. An active Secret security clearance is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead C++/C# application development for HRMS

• Develop data models and implement integration solutions

• Support junior and senior developers in their tasks

• Ensure applications meet user demands effectively

• Work with SQL Navigator for data integration tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum ten years of experience in IT roles

• Valid Secret security clearance mandatory

• Proven HRMS development experience

• Strong skills in Oracle PL SQL and data modeling

• Relevant post-secondary education
