In this pivotal role on the Data Platform team, you'll design and operate scalable data systems essential for analytics and AI initiatives. We seek candidates with over four years of experience in building data infrastructure and a deep understanding of technologies like Spark, Delta Lake, and AWS. Your work will support teams throughout the company in creating customer-facing features and operational insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate high-scale data replication systems
• Enhance the scalability and reliability of data platforms
• Improve Spark and Databricks processing systems
• Create efficient internal libraries and APIs
• Collaborate with diverse teams for effective solutions
Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years in software engineering
• Experience in large-scale data infrastructure
• Proficient in distributed systems, especially Apache Spark
• Strong background in AWS services
• Programming ability in at least one modern language
