Key Responsibilities:
• Drive quarterly technical goals and deliverables
• Engage with product management to define project scope
• Proactively tackle and resolve technology challenges
• Monitor system operations and ensure availability
• Set code review standards to maintain high quality
Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in backend development
• Proven record with distributed systems and AWS
• Strong foundations in data modeling and architecture
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
