Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coach a high-performing software development team

Requirements:
• 7+ years of software development experience, mainly in C++
• 3+ years managing software teams and projects
• Deep understanding of object-oriented design principles
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
• Effective communicator across multi-functional teams
