In this role, you will be integral to the App Core team, enhancing processes that drive Grafana's service delivery and platform reliability. Your focus will span stack management, cloud integrations, and operational strategy, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design effective stack state reconciliation systems

• Ensure reliable workflows for Grafana Cloud stacks

• Contribute to deployment strategies for plugins and dashboards

• Manage operational procedures for new cloud regions

• Improve responses to operational issues and failures

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year remote work experience

• Proficient in Golang and SaaS platform challenges

• Experienced in Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure

• Capability to mentor junior developers in asynchronous settings

• Track record of solving complex problems effectively
