Cloud Logistics Development Manager Remote

Become a Software Development Manager responsible for leading the development of innovative logistic management solutions in a remote role focused on quality and team empowerment. This position is based ideally in Quebec.

The manager will report to the Director of Software Development and oversee a dedicated team of leads and developers. You will ensure projects align with business strategies while also focusing on fostering an engineering culture that emphasizes quality and fast delivery. Your contributions will shape both the technical strategy and the growth of your team in a collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and technical direction for software teams

• Coordinate efforts among developers and QA specialists

• Uphold high standards for code, unit tests, and documentation

• Advocate for continuous improvement in SDLC practices

• Address project challenges and escalate issues as needed

Requirements:

• 3+ years in engineering team management

• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar

• Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops beneficial

• Competent in English communication both written and spoken
