Position: AlayaCare Software Developer Hybrid Role
Elevate healthcare delivery with Alaya Care as a Software Developer in a hybrid position. Engage in innovative coding and feature development to improve client outcomes from our Montreal office.

You will become an integral part of the Revenue Cycle Management team, where you will design, code, and test critical software features. By collaborating with Product and Engineering, you’ll contribute to our goal of developing impactful technologies for care providers while mentoring with senior engineers to grow your skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement software solutions for home care

• Engage in code reviews to ensure quality and reusability

• Monitor and fix issues in production applications

• Collaborate on product-wide technical initiatives

• Participate in automated testing to assure software quality

Requirements:

• 2–4 years experience in software engineering

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent

• Familiarity with tools like Git and Docker

• Awareness of current industry trends and practices

• Bilingual in French an asset
