• Contribute to reusable assets, knowledge sharing, and best practices to strengthen organizational capability.

• BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics Engineering or other disciplines.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with Swift and the iOS SDK in production environments.
• Experience with SwiftUI and UIKit, including interoperability patterns.
• Strong understanding of modern concurrency (async/await, structured concurrency, Combine).
• Experience with modular architectures such as Clean Architecture or MVVM and dependency injection.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL, including error handling and offline strategies.
• Knowledge of mobile security fundamentals including biometrics and secure data storage.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as XCTest and XCUITest.
• Experience with performance profiling and optimization using Instruments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes, Git workflows, and Agile delivery practices.

• Experience in financial services, banking, payments, or insurance (this will be a prioritization advantage).
• Cross‑platform awareness: understanding of Flutter, React Native or Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile, while maintaining primary expertise in native iOS development.
• Experience with design systems and shared component libraries serving multiple product teams.
• Experience with Domain Driven Design and leading event storming sessions for mobile domain modeling.
