We’re partnering with an innovative organization to bring in an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer to support a high‑impact Field Service project. This is an opportunity to join a fast‑paced environment where you will play a key role in delivering enhancements, customizations, and new functionality across the D365 CE platform. Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement with a focus on Field Service. Build and enhance solutions using the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate. Develop plugins, custom workflows, and integrations using C# and JavaScript. Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions. Support integrations with third‑party systems where required while ensuring best practice development standards are maintained throughout the project.

• Strong experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
• Proven commercial experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service
• Strong Power Platform skills, including Power Apps and Power Automate
• Experience developing with C#, JavaScript, plugins, and custom workflows
• Integration experience with third‑party systems is highly desirable
• Excellent problem‑solving and stakeholder communication skills
• Available to start immediately or at short notice
