Technical Solutions Architect

Overview

We are recruiting a Technical Solutions Architect to lead digital transformation initiatives and drive the modernization of critical business processes. You will work at the intersection of compliance, architecture, and innovation, designing scalable, secure solutions that leverage cloud-native technologies, artificial intelligence, and modern development practices. This role offers significant opportunity to influence strategic technical decisions across large-scale enterprise programs.

• Develop deep expertise in compliance and verification workflows relevant to regulated business environments
• Collaborate with senior technical and business stakeholders to evaluate, select, and integrate technology solutions
• Work alongside architecture and engineering teams to design comprehensive, end-to-end solutions
• Define both interim and target-state architectural approaches aligned with organizational strategy
• Provide hands-on technical guidance to development teams and contribute production-ready code
• Deliver end-to-end software solutions from requirements analysis through production deployment and ongoing support
• Champion architecture best practices, design patterns, and coding standards across engineering teams
• Participate in production incident management and reliability operations
• Apply strong security principles to application design and infrastructure architecture
• Hands-on expertise in compliance frameworks and regulated business processes
• Advanced proficiency in microservices architecture with demonstrated ability to design and document REST APIs
• Strong foundation in database design, SQL, and relational database systems such as PostgreSQL
• Proven track record leading global engineering teams and managing high-velocity production deployment cycles
• Advanced CI/CD practices and modern development workflows
• Expertise in architecture documentation and visualization tools
• Cloud security architecture knowledge, particularly with Google Cloud Platform or AWS
• Strong proficiency in Java Server Side development
• Demonstrated expertise in Front End development using React or equivalent frameworks
• Solid grasp of container orchestration and containerization practices
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership capabilities
• Exposure to machine learning and generative AI concepts and implementations
• Integration patterns and enterprise data modelling
• Network and infrastructure security principles
• Background in premium client services or wealth management environments

• Strong proficiency in Java server-side development
• Front-end development experience with React or equivalent frameworks
• Advanced CI/CD practices and modern development workflows
• Advanced proficiency in microservices architecture and REST API design
• Cloud security architecture knowledge (Google Cloud Platform or AWS)
• Experience with PostgreSQL and SQL relational databases
• Experience with architecture documentation and visualization tools
• Exposure to compliance frameworks and regulated business processes
• Hands-on leadership of global engineering teams and production deployments
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
