Tech Delivery Lead; Mobile Apps - React Native

About the Role

The Tech Delivery Lead (Mobile Apps) plays a key role in delivering Landal’s Stay App, used daily by guests throughout their stay. You combine technical leadership with delivery ownership, ensuring high‑quality, scalable, and reliable app experiences. You work closely with the Product Owner, developers, and partners to translate business needs into robust technical solutions, while driving continuous improvement in performance, stability, and development efficiency.

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of mobile app features (React Native) from concept to production
• Act as a Tech Delivery Lead, aligning developers, architects, business teams, and vendors
• Ensure high‑quality releases with focus on performance, scalability, and stability
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools to improve development speed and code quality
• Facilitate agile execution and team flow, including Scrum Master responsibilities when needed

• Strong experience with React Native and mobile app architecture (iOS/Android)
• Hands‑on experience with monitoring, analytics, and performance optimization tools
• Proven ability in incident management, debugging, and technical troubleshooting
• Experience using AI tools in software development (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, ChatGPT)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, ideally with Scrum Master experience

• Annual contract with a trial period of one month, leading to permanent employment if mutually agreed
• Salary between €4,808.45 and €6,869.21 gross per month on a full‑time basis

Work location:

Currently based in Zwolle, Den Haag and Goes, with a new office in Amsterdam. Position requires residing in the Netherlands and holding a valid work permit; relocation or work‑visa sponsorship is not available.
