About the Role

I am hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong Ruby on Rails experience to join a remote-first, innovation-driven tech company. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Ruby on Rails and Type Script
• Design scalable, secure backend systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features
• Optimise performance and troubleshoot issues
• Manage MySQL databases and deploy applications on AWS

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-stack development experience
• Proficiency in Ruby, Type Script, MySQL, and AWS
• Familiarity with Ubuntu, HTML, CSS, and Java Script
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of additional languages or frameworks
