Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development and support of Workforce Management solutions
• Engage in architecture discussions and code reviews
• Develop web applications with strong user interfaces

• Troubleshoot and optimize software performance issues
Requirements:
• 5+ years of C#/.NET experience, including modern frameworks
• 2-3+ years of experience with React/Type Script
• SQL optimization and transaction management skills
• Proficiency in CI/CD and cloud platforms
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools
