Huispedia is growing its team of creatives on a mission to unlock the housing market in the Netherlands, to allow people to move on with their lives instead of being stuck.

• Take broad and ambiguous problems and turn them into delightful products. We will empower you to create innovative solutions that will impact the housing market.
• Work closely with the other designers and software engineers to shape and iterate on product features across web and mobile.
• Proactively spot problems, taking the lead where needed and actively engaging with the rest of the team to bring design‑thinking to Huispedia.
• You will work within and contribute to our lightweight design system.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience designing software products.
• You are curious and confident: you are willing to ask questions, try new things, and advocate for your ideas.
• Self‑starter attitude: you have the ability to take initiative and manage your own projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, you are able to handle complexity and are able to strike the balance between quality and moving fast.
• You have experience working in fast‑paced environments such as start‑ups or scaleups.
