In this role, you will take a senior stance in designing, developing, and deploying solutions that drive efficiency across Canada. Your background in JavaScript and extensive Service Now experience will play a crucial role in ensuring that the platform remains robust, scalable, and reliable. Collaborate with teams to enhance workflows and address integration challenges while adhering to FCC’s rigorous development standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop and deploy high-quality Service Now solutions
• Ensure code is clean and meets development best practices
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
• Develop system integrations that enhance platform efficiency
• Lead code reviews and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
• Minimum six years related software development experience
• Proficient in JavaScript and Service Now functionalities
• Experience with ITSM workflows and client scripts
• Familiarity with automated testing and code documentation
