Location: South Yorkshire
Ascent People Ltd is recruiting for a Software Development Team Lead to lead a small 2-3 developer team in a 100% remote role within the UK. The role requires strong Java expertise, familiarity with PHP and front-end tech, and close collaboration with the Head of Software Development to align with the product roadmap.
The candidate will also drive architectural decisions, advocate best practices, and manage stakeholders while continuing hands-on development.
