Make AI decisions legible and safe. You turn complex flows into clear, trustworthy UX and partner closely with engineering to ship fast.

• Design intuitive interfaces for AI agent workflows and decision trees
• Create user flows that make AI reasoning transparent and trustworthy
• Build design systems and component libraries for rapid prototyping
• Collaborate with engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
• Design dashboards and monitoring interfaces for agent performance
• Conduct user research with enterprise customers
• Create marketing assets and improve our web presence

• 3+ years designing complex B2B software or data-heavy applications
• Expert in Figma, with strong prototyping and component design skills
• Experience with design systems and working closely with engineers
• Strong understanding of information architecture and data visualisation
• Bonus:
  Experience with AI/ML tools, dashboards, or workflow automation
• Portfolio showing enterprise software or complex user flows
• Understanding of HTML/CSS helpful but not required
