Customer Tech Support (Remote)

Minimum of 3 years experience in the web hosting industry
Experience with control panel cPanel/WHM
Good understanding of the different options in web hosting (shared hosting, VPS, domain names, reseller hosting and dedicated servers)
Good phone manner
Good internet connection
Tech support via chat and phone calls
Handling sales enquiries via telephone, chat and emails

Web Developers (Remote)

Minimum of 3 years experience as a web developer
Good knowledge of HTML5, PSD to HTML conversion, Word Press, Bootstrap, PHP, MySQL
Experience with tools such as WHMCS and Livechatinc
Self‑rating (1‑10) in converting PSD to HTML, Word Press, MySQL, Bootstrap, PHP
Working hours:

Monday to Friday UK, London Time, 9:00‑17:00
