Git Lab is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Git team. You will guide a deeply technical group focused on building, maintaining, and providing expertise on the Git version control system and its infrastructure, across upstream development and Git Lab integration.
You’ll lead senior and staff engineers, foster a culture of accountability, and support growth while balancing open source work with product priorities in a fully distributed, remote-first environment.
