We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer with strong expertise in the banking domain to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects.

The work setting will vary from company offices, client sites, and home; home working cannot be 100% of the time.

Build high‑performance, secure banking applications implementing state management and ensuring compliance with strict financial cybersecurity standards.

• Build and maintain Flutter applications with best practices.
• Translate Figma UI designs into pixel‑perfect, responsive layouts.
• Implement state management using BLoC, Provider, or Riverpod.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and handle JSON data.
• Write unit and widget tests, ensuring code quality and security.
• Identify memory leaks and optimise performance to achieve smooth 60fps animations.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to deliver secure financial features.
• Adhere to Barclay's strict cybersecurity policies and SOX compliance requirements.

• Expert proficiency in Flutter/Dart.
• Solid foundational knowledge of native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift).
• Strong understanding of architectural patterns such as BLoC, Provider, Riverpod.
• Hands‑on API integration experience with RESTful services.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices, data encryption in transit, and unit/widget testing.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Bitrise, Jenkins) and Agile methodologies.
