Canonical is hiring a Golang System Software Engineer to work on the LXD stack, building system-level Go code between REST APIs and low-level C libraries for containers and VMs. This remote role supports EMEA and the Americas, with travel of 2–4 weeks per year for events.
The role focuses on data modeling, storage in a dqlite database, and ensuring high-quality code through testing and static analysis in a distributed team setting.
