Role Overview
This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, automation, and modern cloud technologies. You will contribute to the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions using generative AI models, automation frameworks, and advanced observability practices.
What You Will DoDevelop and maintain AI-powered applications and automation solutions using Python and modern development practices. Work with generative AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering techniques, and AI APIs.

Requirements- Strong programming experience with Python and familiarity with automation scripting using Python or Bash.
- Understanding of generative AI concepts, large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering.
- Experience integrating AI APIs such as OpenAI or Azure OpenAI.
- Knowledge of data preprocessing, text processing, and basic NLP concepts.
- Experience with Git, version control practices, and collaborative software development workflows.
- Understanding of model testing, evaluation, and AI solution performance measurement.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and troubleshooting tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Splunk, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of logs, metrics, traces, and end-to-end observability practices.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration concepts.
- Understanding of Dev Ops principles, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
- Knowledge of incident management, SRE practices, and operational reliability concepts.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as Service Now is a plus.
