Nasstar is seeking an Azure Support Operations Engineer to join the engineering team. The role focuses on supporting customers' Azure-based systems, upholding the five pillars of the Azure Well-Architected Framework, and delivering high-quality written communications via Service Now.
You will handle incidents, requests, and changes in ITIL-aligned fashion, collaborate with AzureNGMS and account teams, and support CSI activities by collecting data and communicating with customers.
