Role Overview

Senior Engineer responsible for leading development across our core platform. Duties include writing high‑quality production code and mentoring junior developers.

Responsibilities

Lead development of the core platform using a modern tech stack.
Write maintainable, production‑grade .NET and React code.
Mentor and coach junior developers.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and deliver new features.

Qualifications

Strong experience in an EdTech or data‑driven SaaS environment.
Hands‑on knowledge of .NET, React, and Google Cloud Platform.
Exposure to Agentic AI or LLM‑integrated platforms.
Excellent coding, debugging, and code‑review skills.

Location & Remote Policy

Based in London with a remote‑first policy, requiring 1–3 office visits per month.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary up to £70,000 plus benefits.
