Senior Machine Learning Engineer

We're looking for a hands-on Senior Machine Learning Engineer to build and scale production-grade AI systems powering next-generation intelligent products.

You’ll own critical ML systems end-to-end—from data preparation and model training to deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement. This is a high-impact role for engineers who enjoy solving complex technical challenges and shipping reliable machine learning solutions at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build and own production machine learning systems.
Manage the full ML lifecycle, including data preparation, training, evaluation, inference and optimisation.
Translate research ideas into scalable, production-ready solutions.
Debug model behaviour and production issues using real-world signals.
Improve model performance through rapid experimentation and iteration.
Collaborate closely with Product, Research and Engineering teams.
Mentor engineers through technical guidance, code reviews and engineering best practices.
Build systems that meet production requirements for reliability, scalability, latency, safety and cost efficiency.

Technical Skills

Python
PyTorch and/or JAX
GPU-based training and inference systems
Strong software engineering and production coding practices

What We're Looking For

Experience building and deploying ML systems used by real users.
Strong understanding of modern ML models and production inference.
Ability to write clean, maintainable and production-quality code.
Strong systems thinking with an ownership mindset.
Excellent problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.
