Be a key player at Hexalence as a Senior Research Software Engineer, contributing to groundbreaking pharmaceutical R&D solutions. Drive the development of our Digital Flask chemical simulation platform fully remotely.

Hexalence seeks a qualified software engineer with a MSc or PhD in chemistry, physics, or a similar field. You will harness your extensive Python programming skills, backed by over five years of experience, to enhance the capabilities of our Digital Flask platform. This role involves advanced scientific modeling and critical error analysis, pushing the boundaries of our technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the Digital Flask for chemical reaction simulation

• Lead design improvements and scientific validation

• Identify errors and iteratively refine modeling techniques

• Ensure high code coverage through rigorous testing

• Validate models against experimental results

Requirements:

• MSc or PhD in chemistry, physics, or related field

• More than 5 years of Python programming experience

• Expertise in software design and architecture

• Experience in matter modeling techniques

• Understanding of organic chemistry principles
