Position: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - Remote AI Focus

We're partnering with an ambitious AI technology company to hire a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's technical vision, architecture, and engineering organization.

This is a rare opportunity to join the founding leadership team and build cutting‑edge AI products while scaling a world‑class global engineering team.

What You'll Do

Define the long‑term technical vision and architecture for AI platforms, distributed systems, infrastructure, and developer tools.
Lead critical technical decisions across AI model integration, data pipelines, platform architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance.
Balance rapid product delivery with scalable, long‑term engineering design.
Build, mentor, and scale a high‑performing global engineering organization.
Establish engineering best practices, technical standards, and a strong engineering culture.
Partner closely with Product, AI Research, and Leadership to translate strategy into execution and deliver exceptional products.

Proven expertise in system architecture
