Thehumanoid is seeking a Remote Support Engineer to diagnose and resolve robot issues remotely, providing precise intervention guidance for field teams when hands-on work is needed. You will travel occasionally as a “flying doctor” and contribute to a knowledge-rich remote services team.
You will work remote-first, diagnosing in-depth with telemetry, ROS2, and Linux, while communicating clearly with customers and internal teams under SLA pressure.
