You will typically be leading a small, tight-knit multidisciplinary team,working withourclients tosolvetough software problems,as well as havinga real impact onhow theyevolvetheir development practices.

You’llfosterstakeholderrelationshipsand advise onkey technology and software delivery decisions.

• Strong technical leadership experience, understanding what makes a team successful and how to support colleagues in their own career development

• A background in at least one of Java, C#/.NET,Python,JavaScript or Type Script, and their associated ecosystems– understanding how to design and build well-structured, maintainable systems.
