Contribute to Perseus Payments Inc. as a Software Developer specializing in technical support. This remote position involves addressing software and payment issues while actively collaborating with dealers.
In this important Technical Support role within the Perseus Pay team, you will combine software engineering skills with customer service to resolve production issues swiftly. By actively monitoring systems and analyzing support requests, you will ensure seamless payment processing for outdoor equipment and marine clients. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders will be crucial in this fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively monitor production systems and address issues
• Assess and triage incoming support requests from dealers
• Investigate issues using SQL, Azure, and monitoring tools
• Act as the primary technical resource for payment concerns
• Document resolutions and improve knowledge resources
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in software or technical support
• Knowledge of C#/.NET and strong SQL query skills
• Proficient in resolving production challenges under pressure
• Solid communication skills with a diverse audience
• Familiarity with payment processing systems
