Join a dynamic team as an Intermediate Developer specializing in IBM Mainframe technologies.

This role offers a balance between remote work and office presence focused on JCL, DB2, and COBOL.

You will leverage your skills in IBM Mainframe tools, working with JCL, COBOL, SQL, and DB2 to create and analyze code. The position invites candidates who can independently lead projects while supporting junior developers. A strong problem-solving mindset is essential for adapting to new challenges and learning on the job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead analysis of IMS segments and design solutions

• Guide junior developers in coding practices

• Execute field mapping from start to end

• Develop and test code thoroughly before deployment

• Collaborate using INSYNC and Jira tools

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of JCL, COBOL, SQL, and DB2

• Familiarity with AI technologies, such as Git Hub Copilot

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities

• Willingness to learn independently

• On-site presence 2-4 days per week
