In this key role, you will contribute as a Service Now Developer focusing on the design, development, and implementation of robust solutions using the Service Now platform. Your background with Managed Service Providers, TMF APIs, and Integration Hub will be essential as you help create scalable applications and automated testing frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop custom applications and workflows on Service Now
• Implement solutions integrating with TMF APIs using Integration Hub
• Develop and maintain Service Catalogs and Service Requests
• Manage data flow between Service Now and external systems
• Create ATF test cases to ensure quality and efficiency
Requirements:
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certified Technical Architect (CAT) certification
• CIS and Service Now Certified System Administrator certification
• Proven experience in ITSM, CSM, and ITOM
• Familiarity with web technologies like HTML/CSS and Java script
