In this pivotal role, you will manage a distributed engineering team to innovate patient registration solutions. Your responsibilities will include mentoring talent, overseeing project execution, and adopting AI technologies. Collaborate with Product Management, Quality Assurance, and Architecture to ensure successful and secure software delivery.

• Drive successful software delivery on projects

• Build and maintain secure, high-quality software

• Manage product health and customer escalations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• 8+ years of experience in software applications

• 3+ years managing software engineering teams

• Experience in project management and software release

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft .NET or Java
