British successful Software House with a history spanning almost 20 years. Providing software products for over 3 million users. Award winning company with new acquisitions and investment enabling the business to be even more dominant in their field and offer financial security. ROLE:
New role created for a Senior Full Stack Developer looking to move into a Tech Lead position. This role will have you doing hands‑on development 80% of the time.

Technical skills: C# ASP.NET, MVC, SQL Server, jQuery / Knockout / Angular, WebAPI, Visual Studio.

The remaining 20% of your time will be leading the team, engaging with the wider business, setting the Gold Standard for software development, therefore Communication & Confidence is key to this role.

You will work in a cross‑functional Scrum team alongside enthusiastic Developers, Business Analysts, Software Testers, and UI designers.

The Development Manager is extremely passionate and looking for someone to compliment his thought process and be the catalyst in driving this product development team forward. There is a proactive approach to learning and development here and they will want you to get on board with that, keeping your finger on the pulse with technology trends, new ways of doing things, and encouraging the team to always be ‘best in class’.

Salary & Bens: up to 55K base (-/+), Bonus, Pension, Health, Life Assurance, Social activities, free car parking, Flexi start/finish. Commutable from Coventry, Birmingham, Leicester. Can be reached by public transport.
