A well-established, highly prestigious and globally recognised organisation is looking for an Enterprise Integration Tech Lead to join their technology team and lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale integration solutions on Microsoft Azure.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of our integration landscape, combining strategic leadership with hands‑on engineering. Collaborating with architects, product owners, engineers, and business stakeholders, you’ll design and deliver high‑quality integration solutions while mentoring the team and leading through practical involvement in development.

• Solid experience with Azure integration services (Functions, Service Bus, API Management, Logic Apps).
• Background in microservices, event‑driven, or serverless architectures.
• Comfortable with CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure‑as‑code.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns: synchronous, asynchronous, pub/sub, orchestration
• Experience leading or mentoring a technical team in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
• Development background in .NET/C# or equivalent
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

• Leading the technical delivery of integration solutions built on Microsoft Azure.
• Setting standards and best practice for API‑led and event‑driven integration patterns.
• Balancing hands‑on contribution with mentoring and oversight of the wider team.
• Working with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Helping the team continuously improve how they build, test, and ship software.
