Role: Java Software Engineer

Title: Associate/AVP

Location: Glasgow, UK (Locals or Nearby Preferred)

Experience: 5-8 years

Mode of Work: Onsite 3-4 days per week

• Experience with Java/J2EE and database technologies.
• Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Spring Boot.
• Experience working with databases and Linux/Unix environments.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Knowledge of SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and optional No
  
  SQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong design and development skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Proven ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast‑based business environment.
• Capability to work independently with sound judgment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with stakeholders.
• Disciplined attention to detail and a team‑player mentality.

• Develop and promote the company’s culture of engineering excellence.
• Define, develop, and deliver solutions for top‑tier investment banking or other esteemed clients.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• Graduate‑level degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
