*** Design and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable business applications that support client outcomes and long-term growth.

Skills:

*** Strong experience delivering enterprise-grade full-stack applications using Java and modern web development frameworks.
* Proven experience designing and building cloud-native, distributed, and microservices-based solutions.
* Strong understanding of backend application design, API development, security principles, and integration patterns.
* Experience developing responsive, reusable, and user-focused front-end solutions.
* Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including testing, code quality, version control, and continuous integration principles.
* Experience working within Agile delivery environments and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
* Solid understanding of application performance, scalability, reliability, and operational support considerations.
* Experience working with relational and/or non-relational database technologies.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
* Commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and adopting AI-enabled practices to enhance delivery outcomes.
** Good-to-Have Skills
*** Experience with React.js, Type Script, JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, CSS3, Redux, or Context API.
* Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Hibernate/JPA, and REST API development.
* Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
* Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Open Shift, and infrastructure-as-code practices including Terraform.
* Exposure to CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, or Git Lab CI.
* Experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, or MongoDB.
* Familiarity with Git, Maven, Gradle, Sonar Qube, JIRA, Splunk, or App Dynamics.
* Knowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging platforms such as Kafka.
* Exposure to API Gateway and Service Mesh technologies.
* Experience supporting cloud migration and application modernisation initiatives.
* Experience with in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance domains.
* Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP).'
