- Experience using Azure Dev Ops, Git, or similar source control platforms.
- Strong full stack development experience across front-end, back-end, APIs, and data-connected services.
- Experience delivering solutions within hybrid infrastructure Microsoft Azure environments.
- Knowledge of application integration, API development, and modern software architecture.
- Commitment to high‑quality engineering practices, including Test‑Driven Development and automated testing.
- Experience with Git‑like systems, Azure Dev Ops, and CI/CD delivery pipelines.
- Understanding of secure development principles, identity management, and data protection.
- Ability to contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy.
- Excellent problem‑solving and stakeholder communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree.

- Lead full stack development across modern hybrid infrastructure and Azure‑based applications and services.
- Design and develop APIs, integrations, and cloud‑native components.
- Drive engineering excellence through code quality, automated testing, and development standards.
- Contribute to solution architecture, technical governance, and platform strategy.
- Support the modernisation and replacement of legacy systems.
- Implement secure, resilient, and scalable solutions.
- Utilise Azure Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code approaches.
- Collaborate with operational teams to solve real‑world business challenges through technology.
- Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and learning.
- Help shape the organisation’s next‑generation technology platform.
- Establish strong engineering standards, automated testing practices, and technical governance.
- Contribute directly to architectural decisions, platform strategy, and the rationalisation and decommissioning of legacy applications.
