Content Localization Management Coordinator (Acquisitions)
Job Description:
About the Role & TeamThis role will support the delivery of audio-visual material, scripts, metadata and artwork for acquired titles for linear FNG channels and subsequent exploitation on Disney+. This will involve close communication with various distributors, especially where Disney is rejecting materials which do not match Disney specs. This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

Areas of Responsibility- Track material delivery for acquired titles from 3rd party distributors for linear channels and for Disney+ into The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) London.
- Handle QC rejections and remediation process directly with these distributors.
- Update internal colleagues with regular status reports on the progress of deliveries as well as flagging up any issues or blockers in a timely manner.
- Track metrics for on time deliveries and right the first time deliveries.
- Work effectively with departmental colleagues and cross‑functionally with other members of EMEA Content Operations.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external parties.
Accountable to:
Content Manager – Acquisitions Experience and Professional Qualifications. No budget responsibility mentioned.
Primary operational role with knowledge of technical specs across different media types. Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, Google sheets, Smartsheet, and asset management databases. Excellent project management skills and experience essential. Desirable:
Understanding of localization and mastering processes; experience with file-based and HD technology, new media, electronic file delivery; experience with different sound and video formats/components; understanding of QC processes for audio visual files.
