Founding Software Engineer

Salary: £80,000 - 80,000 per year

• We are looking for an ambitious full stack software engineer who can build software from scratch and iterate quickly.
• We need strong technical skills across the full stack, primarily with Python and Type Script.
• We expect experience with RESTful APIs, including FastAPI, React, and web technologies such as HTML5 and CSS

• We value experience with LLMs and agentic AI.
• We are looking for someone with a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit who is curious and eager to learn.
• We need someone who is comfortable working in a start-up environment and with unstructured situations.
• We want a collaborative engineer with strong communication skills.
• We require a degree, with a minimum 2.1 BSc from a top-tier university;
  Computer Science or a closely related discipline is preferred, and MSc or PhD study is likely.

• We want you to take ownership of the design and development of scalable, cloud-native applications.
• You will work across the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and backend services through to frontend development, CI/CD, and deployment on Azure.
• You will collaborate closely with our founding team to influence technical direction and solve complex engineering challenges.
• You will help establish the engineering practices that will support our future growth.
• You will work primarily with Python and Type Script to build innovative products that solve real-world problems.
• You will use AI technologies as part of product development.
• You will have a hands‑on role with autonomy and direct influence on product decisions, architecture, and engineering culture.
