Position: Software Development Manager - Hybrid Role

As a Software Development Manager, you will oversee day-to-day activities, coaching and mentoring your team. You will be responsible for developing a robust engineering organization, establishing modern standards, and providing strategic leadership to meet business goals. This role demands collaboration with various departments to ensure project scopes align with software development objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and mentor software development team

• Build a high-performing engineering organization with modern standards

• Create technology roadmaps and allocate resources effectively

• Ensure quality, scalability, and security of applications

• Collaborate on design projects and implement complex features

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• 5+ years managing application teams and 10+ years in development

• Experience with Java and application security practices

• Knowledge of cloud technologies: AWS, Azure

• Outstanding presentation and communication skills
