Global wave Softech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced S/4

HANA ABAP/Workflow Developer with strong expertise in Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and SAP Workflow development to support a global S/4

HANA rollout for one of our key clients.

The ideal consultant will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining custom applications and workflows within the S/4

HANA environment
, ensuring alignment with business processes across multiple functional areas.

This position requires both technical proficiency in ABAP on HANA and practical exposure to event-based workflow design
, Fiori integration
, and TPM module enhancements
.

• Design, develop, and implement custom ABAP developments in S/4
  
  HANA including Reports, Enhancements, RFCs, OData Services, CDS Views, and Object-Oriented ABAP.
• Develop and support event-based SAP Workflows, including Fiori Universal Worklist (UWL) integration.
• Analyze business requirements and collaborate with functional teams to develop technical design documents and specifications.
• Implement and extend solutions in SAP TPM (Trade Promotion Management) and related areas such as Condition Contract Management (CCM).
• Review, optimize, and refactor existing ABAP code to leverage S/4
  
  HANA best practices and Clean Core principles.
• Perform unit testing, peer code reviews, and performance tuning for custom developments.
• Develop and maintain OData services for integration with Fiori/UI5 applications.
• Ensure reliable data integration and consistency across SD, FI, and TPM modules.
• Collaborate with global teams across time zones for technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Prepare technical documentation, configuration guides, and reusable components for future rollouts.

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in S/4
  
  HANA ABAP development.
• Strong expertise in Workflow development — Event-based, Rule-based, and Fiori UWL integration.
• Solid experience in ABAP Objects, CDS Views, Data Dictionary, RFCs, Reports, and Enhancements.
• Proven experience in OData development and service configuration.
• Strong documentation and collaboration skills — able to convert business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience working in S/4
  
  HANA on‑premise or cloud environments.

• Development or enhancement experience in TPM (Trade Promotion Management) — strongly preferred.
• Exposure to SD, FI, and CCM (Condition Contract Management) modules.
• Experience with Fiori/UI5 integration and SAP BTP components.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Dev Ops‑based transport tools (Git/gCTS).
• Understanding of SAP Clean Core and extensibility concepts.
