• Lead a team focused on the creative pipeline's backend

• Collaborate on technical design and code evaluations

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in backend development, especially in adtech

• Familiar with leading teams or managing tech leads

• Skilled in Golang or similar programming languages

• Understanding of Dynamic Creative Optimization principles

• Strong interpersonal skills for diverse team interactions
