Sr. GenAI Software Engineer at Instrumentl

Become a key player in AI development at Instrumentl by taking on the role of Senior Software Engineer specializing in GenAI. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while tackling meaningful challenges in nonprofit grant management.
As part of Instrumentl's growth, you will own the full lifecycle of AI features from inception to deployment. Collaboration is paramount; you'll work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and engineering standards, leveraging your expertise in Python and modern LLM systems to create agent-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI systems for grant management

• Oversee the RAG process, focusing on data normalization and retrieval

• Collaborate with product and design teams to optimize UX

• Conduct experiments and analyze data for improvement

• Write clean code while maintaining robust documentation
Requirements:

• 7+ years of software engineering, with 1+ years in AI

• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data handling
