Highly successful British software house is looking for a Software Development Team Leader to head an Agile/Scrum team. The role requires expertise in C#, ASP.NET, WEB API, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and SQL Server. Training will be provided for Angular if needed.

• Lead a team of four developers, providing full line‑management responsibility.
• Own the end‑to‑end delivery of the team’s sprint commitments, ensuring quality and timely release.
• Influence architecture, design choices, and technology road‑maps for the client’s products.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering continuous improvement and skill growth.
• Collaborate with other development teams and cross‑functional stakeholders.

• Strong experience in ASP.NET, C#, WEB API, and SQL Server.
• Proficiency in front‑end technologies:
  Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (JQuery).
• Knowledge of RESTful Web Services, responsive and adaptive design, and UX/UI integration.
• Demonstrated ability to lead Agile/Scrum teams and drive projects to completion.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• History in full‑stack development and a passion for software innovation.

• Up to £60,000 base salary.
